Martello Limited Standard Terms and Conditions

1. VAT at 17.5% will be added to quoted prices.

2. Invoices will be submitted on delivery; payment will be due within 30 days of the date of invoice.

3. Delivery charges will be added to the final invoice at cost; goods will be despatched by carrier for delivery the next working day at a cost of £13.50 unless otherwise requested.

4. Ownership of moulds and pieceparts remain vested in Martello Limited until such time as full payment has been received. The moulds themselves will not be handed over to the customer until all payments have been made.

5. Moulds will be retained by Martello Limited free of charge for a period of up to six months, should the customer so require.

6. We will take all reasonable care to preserve master pieceparts during mould making. However, we cannot guarantee that the masters will not be damaged in the process and we will not accept liability for any such damage.

7. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that he owns the copyright to any part we are asked to replicate. We require the customer to indemnify us against any claims from third parties for breach of copyright.

8. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
